Claim form received on 18 January 2011. A case management conference took place on 18 April 2011, at which the Chairman gave directions for the future conduct of the claim. A further case management conference took place on 26 September 2011. A ruling on an application for security for costs by the Defendant was handed down on 14 October 2011. A further case management conference took place on 16 December 2011. A ruling on admissibility of evidence was handed down on 20 December 2011. On 1 March 2012 the Tribunal handed down a ruling on the Claimant’s application for permission to amend its Claim Form, and the Defendant’s application for specific disclosure.
The main hearing in these proceedings took place between 12 - 23 March 2012 at the Civil Justice Centre, Cardiff. The parties’ closing submissions were heard on 10 May 2012 at Victoria House. Judgment was handed down on 5 July 2012. On 19 October 2012, the Chairman made an order as to costs.
