New Appointment of President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal
The Lord Chancellor has appointed The Honourable Mrs Justice Bacon to be President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal with effect from 23 May 2025.
Mrs Justice Bacon replaces The Honourable Mr Justice Roth whose appointment as Acting President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal will end on 22 May 2025. Mr Justice Roth will continue to sit as a Chairman of the Tribunal.
